Our prices are in Euro per room and night including all local and federal taxes, our sumptuous buffet breakfast, free use of the WLAN in your room, as well as in the lobby, along with our Internet Corner.

Our Check-In begins at 2 p.m. You are welcome to arrive at the hotel earlier and leave your suitcases in the luggage room next to the reception desk. You are also sincerely invited to make yourself comfortable in our hotel lobby. If your room happens to become available earlier, our friendly reception team will be more than happy to get you into your room a little sooner.
Our Check-Out is by no later than 12 noon on departure day.
Children's Discounts: Children ages 0 to 3 stay free in their parents' bed. Ages 4 to 12 pay 25% of their parents' room price for a rollaway bed. Cribs/cots and high chairs are provided free of charge. Please reserve equipment in advance. Maximum occupancy for a standard room: 2 children and 2 adults.
Cancelation Conditions: In so far as no special cancelation conditions were stipulated in your reservations, such as non-refundable reservations which you can book at a lower price, the following cancelation conditions will apply: Up to 48 hours prior to arrival (i.e. no later than 2 days prior to scheduled arrival by 6 p.m.), you can cancel at no charge. Failure to cancel the room in timely fashion, or in the case of a no-show without notification, we charge a penalty equivalent to the full first night's charge.
