Aside from a variety of sausages and hams, and a wide selection of cheeses, you can look forward to exquisitely fresh breakfast rolls and breads from our bakery, Striezel buns, cake, a variety of jams, cereals and fresh fruit for your health.

Sip on a cup of good Viennese coffee, hot chocolate or one of our many teas - however the mood takes you -  and sample some of our different fruit juices. Our delicious scrambled eggs are made from fresh free-range eggs laid by "happy hens", which you can eat either with or without bacon.

For special events such as Advent, Christmas, Fasching and Easter, Hotel Gabriel serves traditional dishes appropriate to the occasion. Our  "Fasching Doughnuts", for example, are a real hit, while our younger guests love our chocolate bunnies, lambs and other sweet treats the Easter Bunny happens to bring along.
