Hotel Drei Kronen Wien City is right there in the heart of Vienna.
Close to the hotel are the Vienna Naschmarkt, the Karlsplatz, Albertina, the Museum Quarter, the State Opera, the Technical University, our biggest shopping streets, the Kärntner- and Mariahilferstrasse, as well as many other sights and attractions.
The Karlsplatz (5-min. walk from the hotel) is a hub for Vienna's public transit system, located on the U1, U2 and U4 underground lines, the Badner Bahn, trams 1, 2, D and 62, as well as bus lines 4a, 59a.

Westautobahn A1 (Salzburg, Germany) Hietzinger Kai, keep straight, along Schönbrunnerstrasse as far as Hamburger Strasse. Turn left and keep straight onto the Rechte Wienzeile, continuing along this road until you reach the Schleifmuehlgasse intersection (right)
Südautobahn A2 (Italy, Klagenfurt, Graz) along Triester Strasse as far as Südtiroler Platz. Keep straight (center lane), continuing along the Reinprechtsdorferstrasse as far as Schönbrunnerstrasse Turn right and continue as far as Hamburgerstrasse. Turn left and keep straight onto the Rechte Wienzeile, continuing along this road until you reach the Schleifmuehlgasse intersection (right)
Ostautobahn A4 (Hungary, Slovakia) Schüttelstrasse & Obere Donaustr. keep straight heading towards the city center, turning left at the Asperner Brücke (bridge) / Urania, making a left onto the Ringstrasse and following this boulevard until you come to the State Opera. Make a left onto the Linke Wienzeile, following this road as far as the Theater an der Wien, where you make another left onto Schleifmuehlgasse

(2) U4 Landstrasse (Wien Mitte) towards Huetteldorf getting off at Karlsplatz
(3) at Karlsplatz, take the exit marked "Wiedner Hauptstrasse", going straight (not left) for 3 blocks, turning right onto Schleifmuehlg. (7 minutes on foot), or take the No. 59A bus from outside the "Kaerntner Ring" exit, across from the opera house. It is just 2 stops to Schleifmuehlgasse
